Only long refined maturation delivers the full extent of this meltingly soft consistency and the wonderful aromatic flavour.
This extraordinary delicacy from South Tyrol needed an equally extraordinary name. And so it was only natural that we chose the name LUIS TRENKER. Just as Luis Trenker founded a new sector in fashion with an Alpine lifestyle, so this cheese shall open up a new world of flavour and become a delicate ambassador of South Tyrol.
